New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center
Childhood-Trauma Learning Collaborative (C-TLC)
The C-TLC is funded by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and is part of the New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center (New England MHTTC) Network.
Yale University’s Program for Recovery and Community Health (PRCH), in partnership with CEI, designed the Childhood-Trauma Learning Collaborative (C-TLC) to strengthen mental health supports that address the needs of children who have experienced/are at risk of experiencing significant trauma.
C-TLC provides technical assistance to school-based mental health services in the six states that are a part of the Region 1 grouping for activities: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
