Shubha Chechi
Research Intern
Shubha Chechi is a fourth-year undergraduate psychology student at the University of Delhi with a growing interest in developmental psychology and the ways children adapt to their environments, particularly within educational settings. Through academic projects and practical assignments, she has explored how early experiences influence learning and emotional development.
She has previously interned at rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and mental health–focused NGOs, experiences that have deepened her belief that education should be deeply personal and responsive to individual differences. Shubha believes that children thrive not in one-size-fits-all systems, but in environments where they are understood, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
Her long-term goal is to bridge psychology and education to help create inclusive, nurturing spaces that empower every child to reach their full potential.
