Renuka Raole is an Indian educator and doctoral candidate whose professional journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to innovation, leadership, and data-informed school improvement. Since earning her Master’s in Education in 2018, Renuka has actively pursued opportunities for growth through workshops, webinars, and panel discussions, which have fueled her passion for research and educational transformation.

Renuka is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education, with a research focus on the integration of Artificial Intelligence in educational assessment to improve student outcomes. She has held leadership roles including Assistant Supervisor and Head of Department, where she collaborated with her team to raise her school’s KHDA inspection rating from “Good” to “Very Good” and exceeded TIMSS benchmarks by 11 points. Her work continues to center on AI in education, assessment reform, teacher professional development, and sustainable school improvement. Renuka is a lifelong learner dedicated to bridging theory and practice to create equitable, effective learning environments for all students.
