Miriam Delphin-Rittmon, former Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), has been confirmed as Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, she will lead the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
