Lauren Kiesel, MA

Lauren Kiesel is Co-Editor of HeartMind E-News and a long-time collaborator with the Center for Educational Improvement (CEI), where she has contributed to various projects and publications since 2018. She brings over a decade of experience and passion for building thoughtful, evidence-based solutions.

She holds an MA in Cognitive Science in Education and applies this, along with her interdisciplinary early foundations, to her work at the intersection of science, education, and community well-being.

Outside of CEI, Lauren is a senior user experience researcher for a consumer-led nonprofit organization. She lives in New York with her husband and dog and enjoys exploring near and far.
