Dr. Kathleen Sciarappa has four decades of experience as a teacher, principal, coach, mentor and consultant. She started her career as a teacher, instructing 2nd through 6th graders in Ohio and later in New Hampshire. Her journey then led her to a 26-year tenure as a principal at the elementary and middle school levels in New Hampshire. Currently, Dr. Sciarappa is a mentor trainer for the International Mentoring Association and coach for the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP). Additionally, she imparts her knowledge and expertise to graduate students, while actively engaging at the state and national levels as a speaker and consultant. Her areas of specialization encompass a wide range of topics, including leadership, curriculum and instruction, academic rigor, supervision and evaluation, mentoring and coaching, and aspiring leaders.
