Dwanda Glenn-Woodward

Director of Operations

Dwanda Glenn-Woodward has served as a Project Team Lead with a for profit organization for over 10 years. Previously, she worked as a nonprofit professional with over 20 years of managerial, administrative, and leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations to facilitate strategic growth and transformation. With an emphasis on designing and implementing effective systems for business and management success, Dwanda has improved operational management, established organization-wide best practices, and developed sustainable capacity-building relationships with corporations, foundations, and nonprofit partners.

Dwanda has provided expert consulting to nonprofits, as well as federal and local governments. She has partnered with advocacy groups, industry leaders, and legislative staff on a number of key issues including health care, education, small businesses, and job training. She worked on Capitol Hill for a U.S. Senator and served in senior management for the National Medical Association, Black Women’s Health Imperative, and YWCA USA.

She received her MA in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. As part of her work philosophy, Dwanda subscribes to the belief that effective teams serve to enhance the mission, vision, and value of any organization.
