Kevin Simpson

Kevin Simpson is the founder of KDSL Global, an international education consulting company based in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Since launching the firm in 2016, Kevin and his team have supported thousands of educators, schools, and leaders across more than 70 countries, with a focus on American curriculum schools and mathematics education.

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin has worked extensively in the MENA region since 2008, providing expertise in accreditation, professional development, and school startup strategy. He is the founder of the Association of International Educators and Leaders of Color (AIELOC), co-founder of the UAE Learning Network, leader of the GCC ASCD Connected Community, and co-founder of Resourceya, a platform supporting equity in education. Kevin holds a B.A. in Education and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Teaching from Michigan State University.
