STEM Professional Development Now Available in DC!


Spring into STEM: A Workshop Series for Early Educators

Are you an early childhood educator looking to create a STEM rich classroom environment? Join the Center for Educational Improvement (CEI) for a series of events hosted by our organizational partner, the DC Association of Chartered Public Schools (DCACPS).

This workshop series is designed to enhance the educational experiences for young learners using the STEM fields: Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. All workshops include hands-on activities and tools, as well as opportunities for follow-up technical assistance.

CEI’s STEM workshops for early childhood and elementary school educators focus on STEM basics, offer solutions on cultivating student interest, and provide how-to guidance on the use of digital applications to further student inquiry.
