Our Services
The Center (CEI) and the newly approved Consortium to Improve Ohio Schools (CIOS) offer an array of research based training modules, designed as 1.5 hours to 3 days 
workshops. We are known for practical workshops. We recommend starting with an initial diagnostic session through either an on-the-ground or virtual walk through. Research shows that professional development is most effective when it is followed by conferencing and observations — we also provide those services.

Consortium to Improve Ohio Schools (CIOS)
Through the Consortium to Improve Ohio Schools (CIOS), Dr. Mason and CEI are collaborating with William Peterson, Valida Walker, and Tracy Jarvis. CIOS is an approved Ohio State Improvement Grant (SIG) vendor and is available to provide the following services: 
- School Turnaround and Transformation facilitation
- Technical assistance to administrators
- Staff Development and Training in an array of areas
- OIP Facilitation
- Streamlining systems and procedures
- Ohio Department of Education report development
- ODE and SIG compliance & accountability
- Grant development
- Assistance with financial oversight & record keeping.

School Accountability and Data Systems - We offer services to support the development and refinement of school data systems. This includes designing a dashboard for integrating attendance, student assessment, and student behavior data; assisting teachers in gathering and using data for instructional decision making; and helping schools with the appropriate use of ARRA school improvement funds.

- Integrating yoga and meditation into schools. Whether it be infusing yoga and meditation in classrooms or offering afterschool classes for teachers or students, the Center for Educational Improvement stands ready to support and guide integrating this powerful technology.
